So, it finally had to come to a close but did Mother Nature have to be so ruthless about ending our summer? Gray and gloomy the day after Labor Day and even grayer and gloomier today. Oh, I know there will be some gorgeous fall days to enjoy but this transition always makes me sad.


I have a new book to read: Rules of Civility by Amor Towles. I don't know anything about it except that people are saying it's a good read.
